Author the brand system:
identity standards, usage rules, color and typography, imagery direction. Own visual and verbal consistency, provide design approval for branded merchandise, and bring a point of view on positioning. Set the standard for visual and video production. Own the quality bar and production pipeline for visual and video work. Coordinate mission visualization. Support tour video modules. Who Thrives Here You have 5+ years across digital marketing and brand in a B2B or technical environment, with genuine hands-on ownership. You've demonstrated real website ownership- content architecture, CMS administration, publishing, and routine changes without needing a vendor. You have technical SEO fundamentals plus a working point of view on how content becomes the source AI systems answer from. You've run a company social presence end to end, including engagement and response. You have marketing automation and email platform experience, and you're fluent in analytics
- instrumentation, reporting, and interpretation. You've built or substantially owned a brand system and templates. You're based in the Denver metro area or willing to relocate. You're comfortable working independently. You're genuinely curious about the technical work. You build systems, not one-offs
- templates, standards, and workflows that outlive you. Bonus Points if You Have Experience With Aerospace, defense, or another technical or regulated environment
- especially working inside content approval and export-control constraints.
Design and production capability:
identity work, layout, presentation systems (portfolio welcome). Video production and editing, or motion graphics. Supporting executive or expert visibility programs. Association, non-profit, or industry-body channels. Employer branding and recruiting marketing. Clearance eligibility- not required at hire, but useful as classified work grows.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
