Position Overview Maimone Legal is seeking a highly organized and creative Podcast Producer & Videographer to oversee the production of our podcasts, video series, interviews, and other long-form content. This individual will manage the entire production process—from developing ideas and storyboards to coordinating schedules, filming, editing, publishing, and repurposing content. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind the camera, inside the editing room, and managing creative projects across multiple team members. Key Responsibilities Plan, produce, film, and edit podcasts, interviews, educational videos, and other long-form content. Manage the complete production process from initial concept through final delivery. Develop creative concepts, episode ideas, scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, audio equipment, and podcast recording systems. Edit video and audio content into polished, professional final productions. Coordinate recording schedules, locations, guests, attorneys, and internal team members. Communicate with podcast guests and external partners before, during, and after production. Prepare guests and speakers with episode topics, talking points, schedules, and production expectations. Oversee content calendars, project timelines, approvals, revisions, and publishing deadlines. Upload, schedule, organize, and distribute podcast episodes and long-form content across appropriate platforms. Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, social media clips, and promotional materials. Collaborate with social media, marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure content supports company goals. Serve as a creative project manager by assigning deliverables, tracking progress, communicating priorities, and helping creative team members stay on schedule. Maintain an organized library of footage, audio files, graphics, project files, and completed content. Monitor production quality and ensure all content remains consistent with Maimone Legal's brand, messaging, and professional standards. Qualifications Proven experience in podcast production, videography, video editing, or multimedia content production. Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and studio production. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, or comparable editing software. Experience editing both long-form and short-form video content. Strong storytelling, creative development, and visual composition skills. Excellent organizational, scheduling, communication, and project-management abilities. Comfortable coordinating with attorneys, executives, employees, guests, and external partners. Ability to manage multiple productions, deadlines, and creative priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience publishing podcasts and videos across platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media is preferred.
