We're seeking a Video Production Intern to support our Marketing Team—a dynamic group of coordinators and graphic designers—on a range of creative projects, primarily within the Latin Christian Music Industry. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to bring bold, fresh ideas to the table. Responsibilities Edit and assemble video content for social media, promotional campaigns, artist spotlights, and more Apply audio mixing, transitions, and color correction techniques to enhance quality Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan and execute video campaigns aligned with broader marketing strategies Ensure all video deliverables are completed on time and meet branding and quality standards Stay current with visual trends in music, particularly in Latin urban genres Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on content direction Skill & Key Qualifications Proficiency in one or more editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora) A solid understanding of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing Basic skills in audio mixing and color grading An eye for detail and consistency across visual assets Highly motivated, self-starting, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively Excellent time management and communication skills Familiarity with the Latin music scene Knowledge of motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
