This is NOT a general Production Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Manager position. We are seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader with extensive experience in precast concrete production . The ideal candidate understands the technical aspects of reinforced concrete manufacturing and has successfully managed production operations inside a precast concrete plant. Applicants without direct precast concrete manufacturing experience will not be considered. About PNK Group PNK Group is a vertically integrated engineering, development, and construction company specializing in industrial facilities across the United States. We design, manufacture, and construct our own buildings using structural precast concrete components produced in our manufacturing facilities. We are expanding our operations in Winder, Georgia , and are looking for an experienced Precast Concrete Production Manager to help build and lead our new precast production facility. Required Industry Experience (Must Have) Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working in a structural precast concrete manufacturing plant. Qualified candidates should have practical knowledge of most of the following: Structural precast concrete manufacturing Reinforced concrete production Concrete batching and mix design Reinforcement cage fabrication Formwork, molds, and casting tables Concrete placement, vibration, finishing, curing, and stripping Production of columns, beams, wall panels, slabs, or other structural precast components Quality control of structural concrete products Reading structural concrete drawings and reinforcement details Daily production planning in a manufacturing environment Troubleshooting concrete production and quality issues Candidates WITHOUT the Following Experience Will NOT Be Considered Key Responsibilities Build, train, and lead a high-performing precast concrete production team. Establish and optimize production processes for structural precast elements. Oversee reinforcement cage fabrication, form preparation, casting, curing, stripping, and finishing operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards for structural concrete products. Monitor concrete batching, mix consistency, dimensional tolerances, reinforcement placement, and embedded items. Troubleshoot production and quality issues using hands-on technical expertise. Coordinate production schedules with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and construction teams. Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a strong safety culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Manage inventory of cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel, and production materials. Minimum Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in structural precast concrete manufacturing. Experience managing production teams in a precast concrete plant. Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology and reinforced concrete production. Experience with concrete batching, mix design, curing methods, and quality control. Ability to read structural concrete drawings and reinforcement details. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. English proficiency.

$100,000 - $120,000 + performance bonus.
