About Us:
We're a stone manufacturer specializing in high-quality cast stone and precast products. We're looking for a skilled and hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist with daily precast or cast stone production. Manage molds, mixing, casting, curing, and finishing processes. Train and support production staff. Perform quality checks and occasional patching or finishing work. Load trucks, crate, package, and move heavy products (50-100+ lbs). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Help with deliveries and on-site assembly as needed.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in precast, cast stone, or concrete manufacturing. Strong understanding of mixes, molds, and production flow. Experience in related trades (carpentry, tiling, masonry, or landscaping) a plus. Leadership and communication skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Stone finishing or patching experience. Familiarity with natural stone (granite, marble, limestone).
Work Environment:
Warehouse-based, no remote work.
