Job Summary Barks Road Landscape Architecture is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our production operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and optimize processes to meet quality and efficiency goals. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate and manage the job schedule with the design team and office staff Manage job costing and forecasting for expected costs and labor. Maintain strong relationships with clients during and after projects to ensure they are satisfied and are long term clients. Conduct observational visits to managed properties and advise management for scheduling. Track time and material usage through production software. Enforce strict safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety regulations. Supervise production teams, providing training on mechanical knowledge, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow processes, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization. Qualifications Proven experience in production management or a similar leadership role within a production environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard mitigation strategies. Familiarity with GMP regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Excellent communication skills for team leadership, training, and collaboration across departments. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.
