Aluminum Furnace Production Manager Complete Recycling Group is hiring a full-time Aluminum Furnace Production Manager at our Elkton, Maryland facility. We operate four aluminum sweat furnaces and need an experienced leader to oversee all furnace operations, production metrics, maintenance, and team supervision. About the Role You will manage the day-to-day operations of our aluminum furnace department, including monitoring furnace loads, tracking production output and input, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supervising furnace operators. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly. What You'll Do Monitor furnace temperatures and production parameters. Oversee furnace loading procedures and operator performance. Track production metrics and maintain detailed records. Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs. Supervise and train furnace operators. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify process improvements. What We're Looking For Experience in foundry operations, aluminum casting, furnace operation, or similar industrial production environment. Knowledge of refractory materials and masonry preferred. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in electrical wiring or equipment troubleshooting. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warm industrial environment near active furnaces. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working around dust, heat, and loud machinery. Salary:

$75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Located at 1500 West Pulaski Highway, Elkton, Maryland 21921.
