• Oversee and direct 4-5 production supervisors within an investment casting manufacturing plant
• Lead planning, development, and implementation of methods and procedures to optimize plant operations
• Drive initiatives to minimize costs and improve labor and material usage efficiency
• Ensure consistent production performance across the 2nd shift operation Key Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing plant environment
