This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality, team-focused environment. You'll work across departments to maintain safety, quality, and output in alignment with company values and growth goals. Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership

• Lead the production team by providing clear direction, coaching, and holding team members accountable to performance and behavior expectations. Production Planning
• Review workload to set the production plan, working with team supervisors on daily & weekly plans to align labor and resources accordingly. Inventory
• Utilize ERP system to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to optimize the production process. Quality Control
• Drive continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures; ensure adherence to specifications and proactively address root cause issues. Workplace Organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment using visual cues, standard work, and 5S practices. Process Improvement

Education and Experience 3-5 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in apparel, textiles, or related industries. Proven success in leading diverse teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in Manufacturing ERP Systems, NetSuite experience is a plus Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move around for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Position Details Salary dependent on experience $70,000

• 90,000 Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with Saturday availability during peak season (September
• January) To ensure customer needs are met, this position requires flexibility and may occasionally involve working more than 45 hours per week to accommodate business demands and other responsibilities.
