Job Description

Turn Ideas Into Stories People Want to Watch. A strong video does more than look good. It captures attention, communicates an idea, creates an emotion, and leaves the audience with something to remember. We are looking for a creative and organised Video Producer who can take a concept from the first idea to the final cut. You will work across the production process, balancing creative thinking with planning, coordination, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Develop video concepts and creative approaches based on project objectives and target audiences. Manage video projects from pre-production through filming, editing, and final delivery. Work with writers, designers, directors, editors, talent, and other creative professionals. Prepare production schedules, shot lists, briefs, scripts, and other relevant materials. Coordinate shoots, locations, equipment, crew, and production requirements. Oversee filming to ensure creative direction and technical standards are maintained. Review footage and work closely with editors during post-production. Provide constructive feedback on edits, sound, visuals, pacing, graphics, and overall storytelling. Ensure final videos are delivered on time and according to the required specifications. Maintain organised production files, footage, assets, and project documentation. Stay aware of current video formats, audience behaviour, visual trends, and digital content styles. Manage multiple productions while maintaining consistency and quality. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Film, Mass Communication, Media, Production, or a related field. Proven experience in video production, content production, or a similar creative role. Strong understanding of the complete video production workflow. Experience with cameras, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production processes. Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, people, and production requirements effectively. A portfolio demonstrating relevant video production work. A Little About You You notice the details others miss. You understand that a good shot needs more than the right camera angle, and you know that great storytelling comes from both creativity and preparation. If you enjoy being involved in the process from the first creative conversation to the final export, we'd love to see what you can create.
