The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong ability to connect with audiences through various platforms. This role involves producing compelling content, conducting interviews, and managing the overall production of podcast episodes. The successful candidate will be comfortable with both in-front-of-the-microphone tasks and behind-the-scenes editing and production work. Responsibilities Develop, research, and script engaging podcast episodes that resonate with our target audience. Conduct interviews with guests, ensuring a conversational and informative atmosphere. Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm ideas for future episodes and segments. Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and mission while maintaining high journalistic standards. Qualifications Proven experience in podcasting or a related field such as journalism or video production. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively. Excellent writing skills, including technical writing capabilities for script development. Knowledge of video production techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
