We are looking for a strong Production Manager to lead an experienced, well-established crew and play a key role in the continued growth of our operation. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing team with modern equipment, strong leadership support, and exceptional long-term career potential. Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities in relation to Production within the precast production facility, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Lead, motivate, and train team members in safe work practices, manufacturing procedures, and equipment operation. Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes for materials handling and transportation within the plant. Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, and addressing hazards promptly. Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance or escalate issues to ensure schedule is adhered to. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products while coordinating with forklift staff for efficient storage and dispatch. Document production activities through detailed reports, logs, and incident records to ensure traceability and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing environments High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates Degree preferred. Experience in precast concrete or heavy manufacturing Experience with large-load or gantry cranes Forklift operation and driving experience Basic knowledge of concrete production processes Employment Status Employment is at-will and contingent upon onboarding requirements and any required background checks.
