Description 97.5 The Fanatic is looking for full-time producers to join our team of passionate local broadcasters that deliver outstanding daily content focused on the pro sports scene in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate lives and breathes Philadelphia sports, thrives under the pressure of live broadcasting and brings sharp content instincts and technical production skills to every content presentation Core Responsibilities Produce daily live 4-hour sports show,
Research and pitch topical content to talent on an ongoing basis
Book guest interviews, develop a rolodex of compelling personalities to periodically join the show
Operate a tight broadcast board during the show
Write and deliver sports updates two times per hour
Monitor breaking sports news and pivot content in real time
Manage show pacing, break timing and host coordination
Work with production director on show image and feature elements
Oversee Associate Producer and show responsibilities
Work with digital team on the daily task of putting together podcasts/social media elements
Work with Promotions on events to drive awareness of the show Qualifications 1-3 years of sports radio or audio production experience.
Deep knowledge of Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers .
Proficiency in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or equivalent systems.
Strong writing skills.
