Must be a U.S. Citizen Rate range determined by experience/location: $55-60 per hour W2 Higher raange for Bellevue Medium range for Overland Park Lower end for Frisco Position Summary We are seeking a Multicultural Creative Lead to provide leave coverage through January 25, 2027 . This role will lead Hispanic Market advertising initiatives, driving culturally relevant creative campaigns while managing projects from intake through final delivery across internal creative teams and agency partners. Responsibilities Creative Leadership Lead Hispanic Market creative strategy and execution across assigned campaigns. Drive culturally authentic advertising across TV, streaming, radio, audio, digital, OOH, and print channels. Partner with multicultural marketing teams and agency partners to develop and execute acquisition and brand campaigns. Maintain creative consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Manage OEM partner creative relationships as needed. Present creative concepts and recommendations to senior leadership. Project Management Own projects from intake, briefing, and kickoff through delivery. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and agency partners. Develop creative briefs and manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables. Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. Creative Operations & Ad Trafficking Traffic and deliver creative assets across broadcast, digital, social, audio, streaming, and OOH channels. Manage Ad-ID assignments and version control. Perform quality control checks to ensure platform, compliance, and creative specifications are met. Coordinate with media teams, agencies, and vendors on asset delivery requirements. Maintain trafficking documentation and support process improvements. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Fluent in English and Spanish (native or near-native Spanish preferred) 4+ years of advertising, marketing communications, or agency experience 4+ years of broadcast advertising experience Strong digital and print marketing experience Hands-on experience with ad trafficking and creative operations Experience presenting creative work to senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an in-house creative or production environment Familiarity with Workfront, Airtable, and Microsoft Teams Experience with ad trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach, Innovid, Adstream, or Mediaocean Experience with digital testing, optimization, and consumer insightsPay:
