Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Production Manager to lead our title processing operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of title searches, reviews, and processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines. Your leadership will drive efficiency in handling real estate documentation, legal descriptions, easements, and public records while maintaining excellent client communication and customer service standards. Responsibilities Supervise the preparation and review of title searches, including researching public records, legal descriptions, easements, and title records to establish clear ownership and rights. Oversee the use of mapping software and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to accurately visualize property boundaries and rights-of-way. Manage the title review process to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and legal requirements for real estate transactions. Coordinate with underwriters and clients to resolve discrepancies related to title issues such as right-of-way or easements. Oversee the use of real estate transaction management software for efficient processing and tracking of titles through each phase of closing. Lead a team of title examiners and processors, providing training on real estate law, legal descriptions, and documentation review. Ensure timely completion of all title processing tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements Proven experience in title processing or related roles within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal descriptions, easements, and public records research.
