Job Description

Web & Print Production Intern DigiCOPY | La Crosse, WI | Part-Time | Flexible Hours DigiCOPY is looking for a detail-oriented Web & Print Production Intern to help with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our website and print projects running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working at a computer, has a strong eye for detail, and doesn't mind repetitive or highly structured work. Much of the work involves updating existing content, editing print-ready files, and making sure information is accurate and consistent rather than creating designs from scratch. What You'll Do Update website product descriptions, pricing, images, and other content Help maintain pricing calculators and other website tools Create, resize, organize, and upload product images Create and edit print files in Adobe InDesign, following established layouts and production specifications (such as sizing, bleeds, crop marks, and other print requirements) Check files and information for accuracy and consistency Complete detailed, repetitive tasks and other website and print projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work Comfortable spending several hours working at a computer Able to follow instructions and established guidelines Patient with repetitive or tedious tasks Comfortable learning new software and processes Able to work independently once trained Reliable, dependable, and willing to pitch in where needed
Important:
This is not a traditional creative design internship. You won't be expected to come up with big creative concepts or artistic designs. The focus is on editing, organizing, updating, and preparing existing content and files accurately. Experience with Adobe InDesign, website content management, graphic design, or similar software is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. A formal degree is not required. Schedule & Pay Part-time, flexible schedule $16-18/hour Ideal for a college student looking for part-time work and practical experience Primarily on-site during training, with potential for some hybrid/remote work once trained DigiCOPY is 100% employee-owned
Pay:
