We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Art Production Manager to oversee the daily workflow of a high-volume art and production department. This role is heavily focused on project coordination, data management, scheduling, customer approvals, team workload, quality control, and process improvement. • Manage hundreds of active projects from intake through customer approval and final production.
• Assign and prioritize work based on deadlines, workload, and production needs.
• Maintain project tracking systems and monitor upcoming deadlines.
• Oversee customer follow-ups and escalate delayed approvals when necessary.
• Coordinate between Art, Sales, Production, Creative Direction, and management.
• Manage artist workload.
• Review artwork and production files for accuracy, print requirements, and order compliance.
• Maintain department procedures, documentation, reports, and performance data.
• Analyze workflow and production data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and process improvements.
• Assist with production artwork and file preparation when needed Software & Technical Knowledge
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Lists, Planner, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strong spreadsheet, data organization, reporting, and project tracking skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, vector artwork, PDFs, and print-production files.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation is a plus.
• Basic scripting or coding experience is a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
