Job Description

The Dallas Morning News has an opening for a part-time sports clerk. This position's primary job will be to edit and format statistical information for print and digital use.
Job Responsibilities:
Data entry of raw statistics Communicating with other editors so stats complement stories and fit available space Proofing pages for errors in headlines, stories and captions Occasionally answering phones and taking dictation of results or stories Here's our list of preferred skills and experience: (Please note this is not a checklist of requirements, but should be considered as a pool of preferred qualifications.
