The Bristol Blues are a summer season collegiate baseball team. We are members of the New England Collegiate Baseball league, and play a 22 home game season out of historic Muzzy Field in Bristol, Connecticut. Since the organization's conception in 2015, we have achieved three championship appearances, four semi-final appearances and one quarter final appearance. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, affordable night out for fans of all ages paired with high quality baseball. The Bristol Blues are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in live media production to intern for our broadcast team.

Experience preferred:

Ability and interest in running a live broadcast Comfortable around video and audio equipment Video editing experience Knowledge of baseball is helpful

Team Responsibilities:

Assist with 4-5 camera broadcast to be aired exclusively on ESPN+, Amazon Prime, and the Home Team Network Will gain experience in producing, graphics, camera operation, and broadcast setup Create promotional videos, advertising skits, and highlight reels from start to finish Responsible for setup and breakdown of all live stream equipment and keeping press box organized Responsible for coordinating post-game interviews with players and coaches Responsible for cutting in-game highlights for social media at conclusion of certain games We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
