This part-time, contract opportunity is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a significant impact, working three days per week supporting diverse learners. In this engaging role, you will: Foster an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for English Language Learners Utilize your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with general education and language acquisition best practices Collaborate closely with school staff to identify student needs and adjust instructional strategies Use culturally responsive teaching techniques to connect with learners from varied backgrounds Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, reporting on achievements and areas for growth Engage in regular communication with families about student development and classroom activities Preferred qualifications: Current, valid state teaching certificate TESOL or bilingual education endorsement Demonstrated experience or coursework in general education teaching Comfortable conversing and instructing in both English and Spanish Understanding of culturally relevant pedagogy and strategies for English Language Learners Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and dedication to student success Take the next step in your teaching career by nurturing learners who are acquiring a new language and broadening their educational horizons.
