We are seeking individuals with experience in general carpentry, cabinetry, painting/finishes, metalwork, or related fabrication. We build custom trade show exhibits, museum displays, retail fixtures, scenic elements, and experiential environments. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and we offer mentorship for individuals motivated to learn and develop their craftsmanship. What You'll Do Build and assemble custom exhibit components, scenic elements, retail displays, and experiential environments. Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents. Work with a variety of materials, including: Wood and plywood, MDF, Laminates, Acrylics, Aluminum framing, Paints and finishes, Scenic finishes, and specialty materials Use hand and power tools safely and properly. Follow assigned tasks, project requirements, and production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Work as part of a team to meet quality and production expectations. Follow all applicable safety procedures when working with tools, machinery, and materials. What We're Looking For Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful: General carpentry Cabinetry Display or exhibit fabrication Painting and finishing Metal fabrication Scenic fabrication Experience with shop equipment and tools such as: Table saws Panel saws Routers Planers Sanders Hand tools Material-handling equipment, including forklifts Knowledge of cabinetry construction, laminates, paints and finishes, or metalwork is a plus.
