Develops drawings and plans to accommodate the specific space, lighting and temperature requirements of materials to be exhibited; builds or supervises building of exhibits. Designs stage sets and scenery for performances, primarily for live theater performances, or sets for filmed performances or for events such as press conferences. Works with directors and producers to plan props and materials needed for a show.

We are currently seeking an individual with 4-8 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or in New York City as a DD/CD Documentation Lead.Candidates for this position:
Are passionate about crafting thorough DD & CD drawing sets - including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems. Have experience developing two or more complete DD / CD drawing sets. Demonstrate a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions. Have strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus. Share our fundamental values for design and understand the importance of personal motivation & development in the collective growth of the office. Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with D5 rendering is a plus. Hold a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 4-8 years experience in an architectural office. Experience with coordinatingAIA 2030
