Why work for Gymboree Play & Music Free Gymboree Play & Music classes available to your children Weekday and weekend shifts available Paid for your at home lesson planning Paid training Gymboree Play & Music teaching shirt provided What you will do as a Gymboree Play & Music Center Manager Manage and develop the team of teachers Coordinate and execute weekly schedules for all team members Setting and attaining site sales goals Maintain site standards, including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking and pricing of merchandise, and helping with equipment set changes Local marketing Facilitate parent-child interactive activities Age appropriate play activities Teach a minimum of two birthday parties per month Lesson plan according to Gymboree Play & Music curriculum Be responsible for knowing and achieving sales goals Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers What Gymboree Play & Music is looking for in a Center Manager Experience working with children newborn to 5 years preferred Management experience is preferred Group leadership skills Customer service oriented Team player Outgoing, enthusiastic, and creative Hours of position Full-time.
