Job Description

Set Designer (Contract) The Social Club is seeking an experienced Set Designer to design and oversee the environments for an immersive theatrical production. Applicants should have experience designing theatrical, immersive, experiential, or themed environments. Responsibilities Design immersive scenic environments. Collaborate with the Creative Director and founder. Oversee fabrication and installation within budget and timeline. A Set or Exhibit Designer designs display booths or exhibits for museums, galleries or trade shows. Develops drawings and plans to accommodate the specific space, lighting and temperature requirements of materials to be exhibited; builds or supervises building of exhibits. Designs stage sets and scenery for performances, primarily for live theater performances, or sets for filmed performances or for events such as press conferences. Works with directors and producers to plan props and materials needed for a show.
