Graphic Design & Trade Show Assistant Dual Role FULL TIME
Job Description
DELIVERABLES/TASKS
Typical weekly tasks/deliverables (Graphic Design) 8-10 emails 10-20 ads biweekly 3 banners per month Amazon listing graphics (tbd depending on release dates) These deliverables may change during the busier seasons such as the Tradeshow season, sales week(s) and New Drops/Collection Dates. Due dates for the assets are given in advance for better planning and time management - especially during the busier seasons. All assignments should be time managed to be completed during work hours (to avoid having to work OT) and should be delivered by or before the asset due date. Tradeshow schedules are also updated and confirmed 1-2 weeks in advance for time management so that the graphic design work can be done ahead or managed to be completed by/before the asset due date to account for out-of-office tradeshow days. This team member may also need to help the Creative Director with other graphic assets such as catalogs and digital/print ads for tradeshows. Tradeshow Tasks (Only during Tradeshow Season) Attend in/out of state shows Assist with setting up and breaking down shows. Assist with Tradeshow Customer Service and leads Tasks may vary depending on the season - such as tradeshow season and holiday seasons. Typical hours would be 80 hours a week or more depending on season (TRAVEL SHOWS may require work on weekends in exchange for extra PTO) $18-20 per hour We will provide software subscriptions as well as any training on unfamiliar software.ADDITIONAL BENEFICIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, adjust quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in marketing, branding, event coordination, and sales Fluent in Spanish Other Incentives Additionally, this team member will earn 2% commission on trade show orders.
