Job Description
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Install & dismantle trade show exhibits including displays, signs, carpets, supports, and other items for conventions and trade shows at the Indiana Convention Center, local venues, and our Indianapolis facility Loading and unloading client displays and equipment into trucks to prevent damage Safely work from lifts, ladders, and platforms at different heights Acts as an ambassador for the company, provides quality workmanship, and has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Willing to work weekends and extended hours based on deadlinesQualifications:
Ability to read basic blueprints and floor plans, helpful but not necessary Experience using basic workshop hand and power tools Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks An effective team player, but also capable of working independently Strong work ethic Ability to maintain a favorable attendance record Ability to collaborate with other departments Flexible schedule is required job may require some off-hour working times including nights, early mornings, and weekendsWork Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs at times, team lift Must be comfortable with ladder work from various heights Consistently work in fast-paced environments under strict deadlines where safety is required!Job Type:

A Set or Exhibit Designer designs display booths or exhibits for museums, galleries or trade shows. Develops drawings and plans to accommodate the specific space, lighting and temperature requirements of materials to be exhibited; builds or supervises building of exhibits. Designs stage sets and scenery for performances, primarily for live theater performances, or sets for filmed performances or for events such as press conferences. Works with directors and producers to plan props and materials needed for a show.
