Description A successful candidate will think boldly, act relentlessly, and own the outcome. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual who can bring enthusiasm to the job while maintaining focus. The candidate must be technically savvy with great attention to detail and pose the ability to properly prioritize the needs of the exhibitors, business partner or colleagues. This role will report directly to a Manager/Sr. Manager Exhibitor Success, General Responsibilities Actively participate in the pre-show, show site, and post-show meetings and planning as assigned. Proactively engage with exhibitors by leading them to a solution. Take initiative to seek customer experience impressions while engaging with them. Support the operational needs of Exhibitor Success, Operations, and Client Services. Create, maintain, process accurate exhibitor's orders. Support current billing and balance forward collections on behalf of GES. Conduct in-depth invoice review meetings with exhibitors as requested. Strategize and deliver on projects, initiatives, departmental development as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary for the position.

Client-Facing, VIP Exhibitor & White-Glove Support Client-Facing Partner:

Serve as a highly visible client-facing partner. Interact with the client to address complex concerns, answer questions, provide new services, and guide them through their show-site journey.

Executive Concierge Service:

Provide seamless, high-touch support throughout the entire VIP exhibitor lifecycle. Manage all end-to-end inquiries spanning pre-show coordination, invoicing, shipping logistics, tracking, and hands-on operational troubleshooting.

Empowered Decision-Making:

Serve as the ultimate on-site escalation point. Exercise corporate authority to resolve critical service failures rapidly, deploying both independent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to restore a premier client experience.

Exhibition Packages & Structural Management Packages:

Oversee the planning and execution of standard exhibitor booth packages, shell schemes, barter booths, turnkey and FIT packages.

Kiosk Deployment:

Lead the planning, installation, and deployment of specialized exhibitor kiosks. Direct physical placement, branding alignment, and functional readiness across the show floor.

Technical Logistics Coordination:

Partner directly with VIP Exhibitors to review, approve, and execute heavy technical orders, including complex rigging layouts, electrical distribution, and any specialized needs.

Order Entry & Collaboration:

Manage data entry accuracy and collaborative backend system setups within the GES network to guarantee a flawless administrative experience for VIP accounts.

Large-Scale Graphics & Signage Production Comprehensive Graphics Management:

Oversee asset collection, digital proofing, and inventory management for all broad-scale exhibitor graphics.

Targeted Structural Signage:

Direct the production and fulfillment pipelines for specialized graphics, including: Exhibitor FIT graphics and booth structure graphics.

Show Operations sponsorship graphics.

Tabletop and standard booth package signage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with account teams, graphics departments, and external production coordinators to ensure absolute data accuracy against master production lists.

On-Site Execution Expectations VIP Floor Engagement:

Maintain an active, highly visible presence on the show floor, with VIP Exhibitors. Conduct proactive daily check-ins, build direct relationships with key stakeholders, and provide immediate, face-to-face assistance throughout move-in, and move-out.

Operational Readiness:

Guarantee 100% completion of packages and graphics. Visually audit the floor to ensure graphics are perfectly mounted and technical lines are dropped precisely prior to show opening.
