Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC Camillus, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $20 - $30 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications 3D modeling software Mid-level As-built drawings Organizational skills 3D modeling Building information modeling (BIM) tools 3D modeling for architectural design Full Job Description We are looking to connect with experienced 3D Modelers / BIM Designers who have hands-on experience working within the Bentley environment, specifically: Bentley OpenBuildings Designer Bentley OpenRail Designer MicroStation / Bentley-based 3D modeling workflows Point cloud / reality capture to 3D model workflows Existing conditions / As-Built modeling Architectural, structural, civil, or rail/infrastructure modeling Experience with OpenBuildings Designer and/or OpenRail Designer is important. Candidates with strong experience in one platform and familiarity with the other are encouraged to reach out. We are especially interested in individuals who can take project information, drawings, and/or point cloud data and independently develop accurate, well-organized 3D models suitable for engineering and BIM deliverables. What we're looking for: Strong 3D modeling and BIM skills Bentley OpenBuildings and/or OpenRail experience Ability to work from drawings and point cloud data Understanding of model organization, levels, references, coordinates, and project standards Attention to detail and modeling accuracy Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a project team Rail/transit or large infrastructure experience is a plus We are open to speaking with qualified candidates regarding full-time, part-time, contract, or project-based opportunities , depending on experience and availability.
