We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Assistant with excellent cleanliness and general standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean, orderly and in top tier condition. -Must have reliable transportation -Compensation is Bi-Weekly Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.) Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks throughout the property Maintain hotel grounds, exterior areas, and back-of-house spaces Assist with room turns and inspections as needed Follow all safety, brand, and company standards Communicate effectively with front desk and management regarding issues or repairs Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked Skills Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license preferred
