Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Senior Designer to lead our Missy club business. In this role, you will own the entire design lifecycle for your category—from initial trend research and inspiration to tech packing and final sampling. You will work independently while collaborating closely with our Sales Team and Senior Leadership to deliver market-right designs for the missy market. The design scope covers full-range collections, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in bottoms and sweaters.

Key Responsibilities Trend & Market Insight:

Conduct comprehensive market research to develop cohesive, commercially viable design boards with a clear point of view.

Digital Illustration & CAD:

Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce detailed technical sketches and color CAD presentations for sales boards.

Technical Development:

Execute comprehensive tech packs, including detailed sketches, reference images, and full garment specifications.

Product Development:

Manage the approval process by providing expert feedback on lab dips, trims, and the overall aesthetic of production samples.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain highly organized production books and sample archives to ensure a seamless development workflow.

Global Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and overseas factories, ensuring design integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

Operational Agility:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environment.

Approximate Salary:

90-125K, the salary range provided is a guide; final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience.
