Pool Designer and Sales Clear Blue Pools and Backyards North Richland Hills, TX 76180 Hybrid work $100,000 a year - Full-time, Contract $100,000 a year - Full-time, Contract Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Designer and Sales professional, where your creativity and sales expertise will transform outdoor living spaces into stunning, functional retreats. In this role, you will combine technical design skills with proactive customer engagement to deliver tailored pool solutions that exceed client expectations. Your energetic approach and passion for high-end sales will drive growth and foster lasting customer relationships, making every project a showcase of innovation and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for pool and outdoor space projects. Design customized pool layouts using Structure Studios, CAD, and other design tools, incorporating lighting, landscaping, and renovation elements. Present product demos and detailed proposals to clients, highlighting features such as lighting design, remodeling options, and maintenance plans. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and upsell additional services like remodeling, fixture upgrades, or lighting enhancements to maximize project value. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented during installation and renovation phases. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and ongoing account management. Maintain organized records of client interactions using CRM systems and ensure all sales activities are documented accurately in POS and Microsoft Office platforms. Experience Proven outside sales experience in pool construction, remodeling, or related construction industries. Strong background in layout design using Structure Studios, CAD, or similar software; lighting design experience is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales and upselling additional services. Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, or remodeling & fixture sales is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship building strategies through inside sales channels and retail environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate quoting and product demos.
