About Us Best American Trampolines designs, manufactures and installs trampoline park equipment for parks across the U.S. and internationally. Our work runs on clear standards and documented processes. Every project starts with a layout, and that's where you come in. The Role You'll turn empty buildings into working trampoline park layouts, then bring them to life with photorealistic renderings that help our clients say yes. Space planning is the core of this job, and rendering is how we sell it. You'll own both, from first concept to client-ready visuals. What You'll Do Build scaled park layouts in CAD from architect and client building drawings Plan attraction placement, circulation and clearances (we'll teach you our industry standards) Model layouts in 3D and produce photorealistic renderings clients can make decisions from Revise layouts and renders quickly based on sales and client feedback Keep project files organized and follow our design and drawing standards Work with sales, project management and production to make sure designs can be built What You Need 3+ years of space planning or layout work in CAD (AutoCAD preferred) Strong 3D modeling skills at real-world scale (3ds Max or equivalent preferred) Experience producing photorealistic renderings (D5 Render; Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal or similar also count) A portfolio showing both floor plans and finished renderings Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines independently Come from a different toolset? Nice to Have Background in exhibit, retail, commercial interiors, hospitality or entertainment venue design Revit or other BIM experience Photoshop or other post-production skills Animated walkthroughs or video
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
