Old Dominion Kitchen and Bath -Commission Cabinet Sales/Design Our cabinet showroom in Mechanicsville, VA is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Commission Cabinet Sales Consultant . If you enjoy helping homeowners design beautiful spaces and want a role where your income reflects your effort, this opportunity is built for you.
What You'll Do:
Execute the Old Dominion Kitchen & Bath Dream to Done sales process by greeting and gathering information from prospects, assessing needs, providing creative design concepts to meet needs, and presenting ideas in a compelling way. Generate and manage leads from walk-ins, referrals, builders, remodelers, and local networking with an intense focus on sales and recurring revenue streams Create professional quotes and project proposals using 2020 software ensuring accuracy in customer order documentation, scheduling, and communication. Close sales and manage your pipeline from first conversation to final installation Build long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers Collaborate with our operations team to ensure accurate orders and smooth project delivery

Self-motivated individuals who enjoy commission-based income People who like home improvement, design, or cabinetry Confident communicators who are comfortable working with homeowners, contractors, and builders PC Literacy to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 20-20 Design V 13, construction knowledge & blueprint reading. Willingness to accommodate after-hours & Saturday appointments for customers. Ability to learn and follow processes and procedures, including the proprietary Marsh X system. Organized, proactive salespeople who manage their own pipeline Individuals who want a role where effort directly determines income
Requirements:
Preferred Experience:
Cabinet sales, kitchen & bath design, or home-improvement retail Experience with 20/20 Design Outside sales or commission-based roles Familiarity with remodels, new construction, or building materials
