Job Description
We are hiring Acoustical Ceiling Technicians for Year-Round Work. Fulltime with Overtime available in the Bangor, Ellsworth and surrounding towns. ACE Acoustics was founded in 2020 and has quickly become one of the largest commercial acoustical ceiling contractors in Maine. Responsibilities Install acoustical ceiling and wall treatments within commercial construction projects. The use of stilts, baker staging, and scissor/boom lifts at various heights can be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Personalities Work safely and comply with all OSHA and company guidelines Work in a team and coordinate work functions with fellow workers. Follow oral and written instructions. Coordinate/communicate with other trades for the purpose of completing projects efficiently. Work while wearing required personal protective equipment. Safely operate equipment using a variety of standardized methods. Adapt to changing working conditions Perform physical labor and manual dexterity, including bending, crawling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, twisting, reaching, carrying, and lifting objects. Work in varying and sometimes inclement weather conditions Work as a self-motivated team player
