Duties Curate and mix music selections tailored to the club and entertainers Operate event audio equipment including speakers, microphones, mixers, and soundboards to ensure high-quality sound delivery Manage event lighting equipment to enhance the atmosphere and synchronize visual effects with music beats Engage with guests through public speaking and crowd interaction to foster a lively and inclusive environment Set up and troubleshoot live sound systems, lighting setups, and audio-visual equipment prior to events Coordinate with entertainers and staff to understand their vision and tailor performances accordingly Maintain technical proficiency in operating all audio-visual equipment while ensuring safety standards are met during heavy lifting or setup tasks Experience Proven experience as a DJ at events such as weddings, parties, clubs, or corporate functions Strong knowledge of music genres, mixing techniques, and playlist curation based on audience demographics Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, entertainers and guests Familiarity with event audio equipment operation including sound systems, lighting rigs, and live sound setup Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with crowds through public speaking or dancing when appropriate Technical proficiency in handling audio mixing software and hardware components for seamless performances Ability to perform heavy lifting during setup or breakdown of equipment safely and efficiently Join us if you're ready to energize audiences with your musical talent, technical skills, and vibrant personality!
