You will manage technical content for various Tesla Energy products, enabling service technicians to meet Tesla's standards through accurate, accessible, and streamlined documentation. As the bridge between global technicians and the larger-scale, global service network, you will need to develop a strong understanding of how Tesla's energy products work. By using in-house tools, partnering with engineers from service, quality, and design, and working collaboratively with diagnostics, training, technical operations, and other teams, you will contribute to the growth and acceleration of various products such as Megapacks and Superchargers.
