The Impact You'll Make As our Documentation Coordinator, you aren't just filing paperwork—you are ensuring the safety and accuracy of our global manufacturing builds.

You will:

Master the

QMS:

Own the lifecycle of technical specifications and work instructions within our Quality Management System. Collaborate with

Experts:

Partner directly with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable documentation.

Drive Innovation:

Lead the charge in the digitization of manufacturing processes , identifying ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Ensure Compliance:

Play a critical role in audit readiness, ensuring our documentation is always accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. What You Bring to the

Team Experience:

A background in manufacturing, engineering administration, or document control.

Technical Savvy:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with QMS platforms and CAD drawings is a major plus.

Organizational Mastery:

The ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects without breaking a sweat.

Communication Skills:
