About the Role Good technology only matters if people can build it, run it, and use it. We're hiring a Technical Writer to work alongside our software engineers, system administrators, and product leads and turn their knowledge into clear, well-organized documentation. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable reading code samples and system diagrams, and curious enough to keep asking questions until you understand them.

Pay :

$38.00-$43.00/hour What You'll Do Developer & API documentation: Work with engineers to write and maintain API references, integration guides, and developer docs.

Internal procedures:

Work with IT to document system maintenance, security guidelines, and deployment workflows step by step. User guides & release notes: Turn technical updates into plain-language guides and help content for non-technical teams.

Knowledge base:

Keep our internal documentation hub accurate, current, and easy to navigate.

Documentation standards:

Set templates, terminology, and formatting conventions across all technical content.
