This role requires proficiency in technical writing and the ability to efficiently capture information through notes, recordings, and photographs. The information is then transformed into clear Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), visual aids, training checklists, and maintenance instructions. These MIs serve as the definitive guide for assembling Tesla's products, followed by hundreds of production associates.
