Factory Production Analyst Gillmann Services is hiring a Factory Production Analyst to support operations inside a foundry. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working with computers but also enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. Pay $20 per hour Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Computer literate and comfortable working with computer systems Strong attention to detail Able to communicate clearly in English Comfortable spending more than half of the workday inside a foundry Must be able to take photos, enter information, and document processes accurately Furthering your education is a plus What You'll Do Document foundry production processes by taking pictures throughout the manufacturing process Upload and organize process photos in the Odyssey System Conduct time studies to help with job costing and quoting Observe production processes and record accurate information Learn the foundry process and become familiar with how work should be performed Once fully trained, help identify when processes are not being followed correctly Serve as an extra set of eyes and ears for the production team Work from an office and computer while regularly spending time on the foundry floor What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, organized, and comfortable working with both people and technology .
