4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Position Summary We are seeking a Documentation Writer to support automotive parts sorting and containment operations across multiple facilities. This role will develop clear work instructions, lead production teams, maintain quality standards, and serve as a key point of contact for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and standardize work instructions for automotive parts sorting and containment. Convert customer documentation into clear, easy-to-follow instructions for inspectors and supervisors. Lead and supervise 5+ employees , including scheduling, assigning work, coaching, training, and performance management. Monitor quality, production processes, equipment, personnel, and control points to ensure customer requirements are met. Compile and analyze production records, identify process improvements, and recommend cost-reduction opportunities . Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments while enforcing company policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality manufacturing support. Accurately enter employee time, production data, and business information into automated systems. Partner with HR to resolve employee concerns, complaints, and personnel issues. Provide flexibility to support different areas and facilities as needed . Qualifications 2-3 years of experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing/light industrial environment. Experience supervising a team of at least 5 employees . Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English required; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Flexible and willing to work in any area assigned during the shift .
