Hybrid (approximately 80% telework) with periodic on-site support at
Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance:
Active Secret or Top-Secret required
Travel:
4-6 trips per year
Schedule:
7:30 AM•4:00
PM Contingency:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background screening and customer access requirements.
Salary Range:
$105k•115k What You Will Do Perform quality assurance reviews of DD2579 Small Business Coordination Records (small business coordination documentation) for completeness, consistency, and alignment with the acquisition approach. Evaluate package quality, identify compliance and quality risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve readiness and reduce rework. Review subcontracting plans for required elements and readiness for coordination and approval. Provide clear corrective guidance to reduce rework and accelerate review timelines. Support market research and vendor vetting using approved sources and internal tracking systems. Develop concise summaries that help stakeholders make informed decisions. Triage workflow communications to manage priorities and suspense dates. Support outreach planning and execution, including travel, event support, and documentation as required. What You Will Bring (Required) Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance. 5+ years of relevant experience supporting federal acquisition or acquisition support functions. Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and well-organized work products in a deadline-driven environment.
