Job Description

Rafi Law Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Photo & Video Editor/AI Producer to help capture, edit, organize, and deliver visual content across the firm's marketing channels. This position will support social media, campaigns, podcasts, events, testimonials, executive content, recruiting, community initiatives, and office launches. We are not necessarily looking for the person with the most expensive equipment or the longest list of camera credentials. We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, good instincts, an open mind, and the motivation to learn. Camera systems, production processes, and technical skills can be taught. Organization, dependability, urgency, cultural awareness, and willingness to work are the highest priorities. Key responsibilities Edit short-form social videos, event recaps, interviews, podcasts, testimonials, campaigns, and internal content. Photograph and film events, interviews, office activities, podcast guests, executives, and community initiatives. Select, organize, color-correct, lightly retouch, and deliver photographs.- Create platform-specific versions of existing content. Collaborate with the production, content, social media, design, events, and brand ambassador teams. Support pre-production by preparing equipment, locations, shot lists, and schedules.- Assist with camera, lighting, audio, backdrop, and studio setup. Capture both candid and posed content that feels authentic and consistent with the Rafi brand. Produce fast-turnaround and occasional same-day event content. Keep footage, photographs, project files, exports, and archives highly organized. Follow established file-naming, backup, review, and delivery procedures. Manage multiple assignments and adjust quickly when priorities change. Use approved AI tools for transcription, cleanup, editing assistance, organization, versioning, and other production efficiencies. Review AI-assisted work for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Stay aware of Phoenix and Arizona culture, including sports, music, entertainment, fashion, food, events, and community trends. Remain available for occasional evenings, weekends, events, and travel. What we are looking for A portfolio or reel demonstrating visual instincts and creative potential. Basic working experience with photography, video, editing, or content production.- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable tools. Expert-level camera knowledge is not required. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and file-management habits. Ability to work quickly without becoming careless. Highly motivated, dependable, coachable, and open-minded. Willingness to learn new cameras, software, workflows, and AI-assisted tools. Ability to receive feedback, make revisions, and contribute as part of a team. Strong awareness of Phoenix and Arizona culture. Major advantages Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are a major advantage but are not required. Experience creating content for multicultural audiences. Familiarity with social media, podcasts, events, sports, music, entertainment, or community content. Experience filming executives, public figures, live events, or interviews. Interest in emerging production technology and AI-assisted creative tools. Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
