We set up very fun, interactive and instagram worthy puppy play experiences at various functions We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Elite Short-Form Video Editor to craft engaging, visually compelling content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will transform raw footage into captivating short videos that resonate with diverse audiences, leveraging your expertise in storytelling, motion graphics, and post-production techniques. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will help elevate our brand presence across social media channels, driving engagement and growth. We're looking for an exceptional editor who understands storytelling, pacing, psychology, and retention —not just someone who can cut clips together. What You'll Do (Job Function): Transform raw footage into addictive short-form videos that maximize: Viewer retention Shares Comments Saves Bookings Conversions You'll create edits that feel premium, energetic, emotional, and impossible to scroll past. Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Find the strongest moments in the footage. Build compelling stories from raw clips. Create powerful visual hooks in the first 1-3 seconds. Use smooth, creative transitions that enhance the story. Add dynamic motion graphics and animated captions. Sync edits perfectly to music and sound effects. Maintain a fast, engaging pace with constant visual interest. Incorporate stock footage, overlays, memes, graphics, and B-roll when appropriate. Organize footage and deliver polished edits on schedule.
