Job Description

Videographers are organized, creative people with an eye for planning, filming, and editing video according to client needs. As the videography assistant, your responsibilities will include camera operation, equipment handling and set-up, and raw footage processing and editing. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, takes direction well, and learns quickly. A good Videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable. Ensuring deadlines are met is also a crucial component of our positions. Our candidate will assist in the creation of videos for a variety of uses, including social media, broadcast, online ads, and more. You will also ensure that the necessary filming equipment is kept in top condition. Our creative team is all about collaboration, so you will need to collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be capable of and have the following: Film videos on set or on location Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working Plan the shoot with the director Edit footage in post-production Excellent computer literacy Proficiency with editing software such Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills—the ability to work within a creative team as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas clearly Effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously Create and organize production assets Work within predefined brand guidelines to create videos that reinforce a brand's style or message Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency with camera equipment Requirements
  • 2 Years of Videography/Editing Experience Required.
  • Portfolio or Reel Required. Applications without work examples will be ignored.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Software
  • This position is in-office only and is not applicable for remote work
  • This position is not applicable to relocation reimbursement
Job Types:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
