We are looking for a talented and reliable YouTube Video Editor to join our team. This position is for a large, established YouTube channel , and we're seeking someone who understands pacing, retention, and storytelling geared toward YouTube audiences. While strong editing skills are required, full training on our workflow, style, and processes will be provided to help you succeed. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro , comfortable collaborating, and eager to grow. Experience with Adobe After Effects is preferred for motion graphics and visual effects. Responsibilities Edit engaging, polished, and fast-paced videos for a large YouTube audience Create compelling cuts, transitions, sound design, and color adjustments Add motion graphics, titles, and animations (After Effects experience preferred but not required) Maintain consistency with branding, tone, and editing style Organize and manage project files and assets Deliver edits on schedule and be open to feedback and revisions Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts and elevate video quality Learn and apply our editing style through provided training and onboarding Requirements Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (2+ years) Demonstrated experience editing longform YouTube content either on a personal channel or otherwise. Understanding of pacing, retention hooks, and storytelling for online platforms Experience with color correction and basic audio cleanup Ability to meet deadlines Preferred (but not necessary) Skills Experience with other editing software Sound design experience Familiarity with YouTube short-form content (TikTok/Reels) Knowledge of YouTube trends, formats, and best practices Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Unreal Engine, Blender, or other software used for VFX and Motion Graphics How to Apply Please submit: Your résumé A link to your portfolio or YouTube channel
