We are looking for a talented and reliable YouTube Video Editor to join our team. This position is for a large, established YouTube channel , and we're seeking someone who understands pacing, retention, and storytelling geared toward YouTube audiences. While strong editing skills are required, full training on our workflow, style, and processes will be provided to help you succeed. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro , comfortable collaborating, and eager to grow. Experience with Adobe After Effects is preferred for motion graphics and visual effects. Responsibilities Edit engaging, polished, and fast-paced videos for a large YouTube audience Create compelling cuts, transitions, sound design, and color adjustments Add motion graphics, titles, and animations (After Effects experience preferred but not required) Maintain consistency with branding, tone, and editing style Organize and manage project files and assets Deliver edits on schedule and be open to feedback and revisions Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts and elevate video quality Learn and apply our editing style through provided training and onboarding Requirements Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (2+ years) Demonstrated experience editing longform YouTube content either on a personal channel or otherwise.
