This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an edit room, and collaborating with clients. What You'll Do Meet with clients and help uncover their goals, messages, and vision Produce projects from concept through final delivery Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Shoot on location for commercial and corporate productions Direct talent and interviews on set Edit polished, engaging content in Adobe Premiere Pro Contribute to motion graphics, design, and overall post-production polish Collaborate with our creative team on concepts, problem-solving, and execution What We're Looking For 1-3 years of professional or freelance video production experience preferred Strong editing skills and storytelling instincts Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Experience shooting video professionally Good visual taste in composition, pacing, graphics, and design Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently Comfortable working directly with clients Growth mindset: always learning, improving, and refining your craft
