We create products designed to protect, organize, and show off the cards and collections players care about. We're growing the brand and looking for a Video Editor who can help bring Realm Guard to life through modern, scroll-stopping content. What You'll Be Doing We are filming long form content weekly, our podcast and game show. You'll help turn raw footage, product shots, and ideas into content that feels natural, polished, and actually worth watching. A big part of the role will be creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid social, product launches

You'll:

Edit short-form videos that are fast, clean, engaging, and native to social media. Create product-focused content featuring Realm Guard accessories, trading cards, collections, gameplay setups, and the overall TCG lifestyle. Turn raw footage into strong stories — whether it's a 15-second Reel or a longer brand piece. Add tasteful motion graphics, captions, sound design, transitions, and effects without making everything feel over-edited. Color correct and grade footage so our products look sharp, premium, and consistent. Stay current on social trends and editing styles while knowing when not to chase a trend. Work with our team on new product launches, ads, organic content, tutorials, behind-the-scenes videos, and creative experiments. Help film content when needed, including product shots, tabletop setups, unboxings, demos, and lifestyle footage. Take an idea and run with it. We don't want someone who needs a frame-by-frame brief for every video. What We're Looking For We care more about your taste, creativity, and portfolio than a giant list of software certifications.

You should have:

Experience editing video for social media, brands, products, or creators. A strong understanding of short-form content and what makes someone stop scrolling. Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects , or whatever gets you great results. A good eye for composition, pacing, typography, color, and sound. The ability to make product content feel interesting instead of like a boring commercial. An understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social content styles. Solid communication skills and the ability to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality. You don't have to be a hardcore collector, but understanding the culture, the excitement around the games is a major plus. This isn't a role where every creative decision has already been made for you. We want someone with ideas. Someone who notices a shot could be better. Someone who sends us a Reel and says, "We should try something like this." Some content will be polished. Some will be quick and scrappy. Some ideas will work. Some won't. That's part of it. We want to make genuinely good content, grow Realm Guard, and build a brand that feels like it belongs in the TCG community — not one that's awkwardly marketing to it.
