Hexaware Technologies JD:

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end architecture, including system integration, data migration, security model, governance, and enterprise solution design. Define Salesforce technical architecture, application landscape, integration patterns, and best practices for complex enterprise environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide architecture oversight for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party integrations. Establish Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, and platform optimization standards. Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Mentor development teams, enforce Salesforce design standards, and drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
