We produce dynamic, story-driven video content for YouTube, podcasts, and social media — with a heavy emphasis on music history, rock and roll culture, and high-quality production. Our projects include video essays, music retrospectives, reaction segments, interviews, podcast episodes, and social media reels. We're building a team of creatives who love telling stories and understand how to capture attention online.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a Video Editor & Show Producer who can take raw footage (multi-cam, podcast-style, or green screen), edit it into compelling long-form and short-form videos, and help oversee the production pipeline from idea to upload.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit multi-cam podcast and studio footage (Premiere Pro preferred) Sync audio, adjust color, and add motion graphics/text overlays as needed Source and integrate B-roll, archival footage, and music legally and effectively Assist in developing show outlines and creative formats for episodes Help manage production timelines, assets, and uploads Cut engaging social media reels and teasers for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Collaborate directly with the host and other team members to ensure a consistent voice and visual style
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in video editing or producing online content Strong storytelling sense, especially for YouTube-style pacing and narrative Comfortable with editing humorous, historical, or music-related content Proficient in Adobe Premiere (After Effects, Audition, or Photoshop a plus) Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects

Compensation:
Hourly. Potential for increased hours, creative leadership, and revenue sharing opportunities over time.
